乙酰乙酰化在有机合成工业中有着十分广泛的应用。双乙烯酮几乎是唯一的乙酰乙酰化试剂。80年代初,人们发现在使用"双乙烯酮-丙酮加成物",即2,2,6-三甲基-4H-1,3-二噁烷-4-酮,进行乙酰乙酰化反应时,反应速度快,不需要催化剂,几乎可以定量反应,是一个优良的双乙烯酮等价物。总结了近几年来2,2,6-三甲基-4H-1,3-二噁烷-4-酮在有机合成中的应用。
The acetoacetylation of nucleophiles is prosaic but extremely important reaction and is widely used in both laboratory and industrial preparations. The review describes the use of 2,2,6-trimethyl-4H-l,3-dioxin-4-one, the "diketene-acetone adduct"as a safer substitute of diketene. Using this masked acetoacetylating agent, acetoacetylation reactions are generally and nearly quantitative, and the uses of catalyst are not necessary. This review focuses on its applications to organic synthesis during the last decade.
