广谱型屏蔽暂堵保护油层技术在大港油田的应用 被引量:17

摘要 广谱型屏蔽暂堵保护油气层技术是对传统屏蔽暂堵保护油气层技术理论的继承与发展 ,该技术是依据储层的d流动 50 和最大流动孔喉直径来确定不同渗透率层段需要的暂堵剂粒子直径 ,使得屏蔽暂堵理论更具科学性。大港油田钻井泥浆技术服务公司依据该理论 ,在室内完成了系统的油层保护效果评价实验和油层保护添加剂与井浆的配伍性实验。室内实验表明 :广谱型屏蔽暂堵剂能在较短时间内有效地封堵地层孔隙喉道 ,形成高强度保护带 ,对油气层具有良好的保护效果 ;暂堵深度较浅 ,满足射孔解堵要求 ;暂堵剂与井浆配伍性强 ,现场易于维护处理。在港东、段六拨和枣 81× 1三个区块的现场试验证明 :适用于渗透性好而不均质的砂岩油藏 ,暂堵剂对钻井液性能基本无不良影响 ,提高钻井液抑制性 ,且对钻井液润滑性能有一定程度的改善 ,减少了复杂事故 ,缩短了油层浸泡时间。广谱型屏蔽暂堵保护油气层技术的成功实施 ,会大大减少完井后期作业量 ,提高油井的产量。 The general-purpose shielding temporary plugging technology to protect oil/gas reservoir is the heritage and development to the conventional shielding temporary plugging technology. In this technology,the diameter sizes of temporary plugging agent for different permeability layerare determined based on d flow50 and the diameter of maximum flow pore throat, which make the shiel ding temporary plugging theory more scientific. According to this theory, the Drilling Fluid Technology Service Company of Dagang Oilfield completed the systemic evaluation on reservoir protecting effect, as well as the compatibility of for mation protecting additives and the field fluid. Lab results showed that the general-purpose shielding temporary plugging agent effectively seals off the forma tion pore throat in a very short time, forms protecting belt of high strength, and prevents the reservoir from being polluted; the tempo rary plugging depth inrock is shallow, which meet the requirement of perforation; the agent is compatible with the field drilling fluid, and the onsite conditioning is convenient. Application on 3 blcks of Gang dong, Duanliubo and Zao81×1 verified the lab results. This technology is suit for sand reservoir of serious inhomogeneous permeability, and the temporary plugging agent not only play a positive role on the drilling fluid, but also it enhances the fluid's inhibitive ability dramatically, and improves the lubricating ability in some degree. As a result,the drilling accident frequency was decreased, and the productive zone sock time was shortened. Successful operation of this technology is particularly benefitable for substantially reducing later completing workload and increase the oil well output.
