C2P1井位于陈 2断块南部周 9断层高部位 ,钻探目的层为阜三段 ,完钻井深为 2 5 5 0m ,水平段长 4 0 1m。C2P1水平井是“直增—增变—稳平—降变—稳平”的复杂井眼轨迹。该井钻井液存在携砂困难、井壁易失稳、易产生岩屑床、摩阻扭矩控制难度大、储层易受污染等技术难点。在斜井段和水平段采用复合金属离子聚合物正电胶润滑防塌暂堵钻井液钻井。现场应用表明 ,复合金属离子聚合物正电胶钻井液性能稳定 ,抑制性强、悬浮携岩能力好 ,易于维护 ,水平井段混油 12 %以上 ,确保了钻井液具有良好的润滑性能 ,降低了摩阻和扭矩。该钻井液满足了水平井钻井施工的需要。
Well C2P1 is located on high edge of Zhou9 Fault, which is south to Chen2 Fault Block, and the interval of interest is Fu3 formation. The well depth is 2550 m, with 401 m horizontal interval. Problems such as cuttings transportation, wellbore failure, cuttings bed building, friction drag and torque control and formation damage potentially exist in this well. It was decided to employ compound metal ion polymer/MMH drilling fluid to provide excellent lubrication, anti-caving and temporary plugging properties. Field using showed that the fluid has stable properties, strong inhibitive ability and good cuttings transport capacity. In addition, the fluid is easy to be conditioned onsite. In the horizontal interval, over 12% of oil was added in,, which guaranteed the lubricating ability of the drilling fluid and the friction drag and torque was decreased. It satisfied the requirements of horizontal well drilling.
