摘要
西气东输 (郑州 )穿越黄河管道封固工程全长 35 80m ,采用双层管线 ,外层保护管道内径为 180 0mm ,内管主输气管道外径为 10 16mm。要求既要使环形空间上方 1/6高度不被封固 ,用来通过通讯光缆 ,又要使环形空间的其它部分封固均匀 ,保护主输气管道。该工程由于注灰量大、施工时间长 ,浆体流动性、稳定性要求高、管内浆体高度难以控制和主输气管道保护要求严格而使施工难度大大增加。通过确定不同阶段使用的水泥浆配方、合理的施工方案、制作控制管内浆体高度的特殊封头和采用先进的注浆设备 ,抓好施工各环节 ,使这一大直径、大注灰量、长距离水平管道封固获得成功。同时提出了工程上有待改进的不足之处。
The total length of West to East Project pipeline, Zhe.ngzhou section cementing engineering is 3580 m. Double pipeline was laid with the inner diameter of the outer protective pipe of' 1800 mm and the outer diameter of the inner main gas transporting pipe of 1016 mm. It is required the upper 1/6 annular space not to be cemented for running the communication cable, and the remained part should be cemented evenly to protect the transportation pipe. Due to reasons of high cement injecti on rate, long operating time, slurry flowability and stability, difficult control of slurry height in tu be and strict protection require ments for the main pipeline, cementing operation becomes more challengeable. Different cement slurry compositions were used in different intervals. With reasonable operational procedure, using special head to control slurry height in tube and improved slurry injection tools, the cementing job was carried out successfully. At the same time, deficiencies to be improved were presented.
