噁二唑载流子传输材料的合成及性能研究 被引量:3

Synthesis and Characteristic of Carrier Transport Materials Containing Oxadiazole Groups

摘要 合成了二唑类衍生物 ,利用偏光显微镜、差热扫描和广角 X射线衍射等手段对材料的相结构进行了表征 ,并利用紫外 -可见吸收光谱和电化学方法表征了材料的能级结构。在此基础上 ,设计制备了以二唑类衍生物为载流子传输材料 ,以 MEH- PPV为发光材料的单层电致发光器件。结果表明 ,二唑类衍生物具有液晶性和电子传输特性 ,是一类较有发展前景的载流子传输材料。 A series of oxadiazole derivatives have been designed and synthesized. Their phase structure was characterized by DSC, POM and WAXD, while the electronic structure by UV-Vis spectra and cyclic voltammograms measurement. Based on it, single layer light emitting device by using MEH-PPV as emitter and an oxadiazole derivative as carrier transport material was designed and fabricated. It is indicated that the oxadiazole derivative is one of the electron transport materials which has capacious foreground.
