利用除尘灰制备颗粒活性炭的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以除尘灰分离炭粉为原料,煤焦油为粘结剂,通过物理活化法制备颗粒活性炭;用正交试验方法得到除尘灰制备颗粒活性炭的最佳工艺条件和工艺参数,确定了4种影响因素的作用程度大小顺序:活化温度>活化时间>炭化温度>水蒸气流量。按最佳工艺条件制备出的活性炭的碘吸附值达977.9mg/g,比表面积达911.1m2/g。 The process for preparing granular activated carbon with the fly ash as raw material and coal tar as binder was explored using the orthogonal intersection method. The relationships between the activation factors and the adsorption properties of the obtained granular activated carbons were analyzed. A sequence in terms of the effect on the properties of the ACs has been established as follows: activation temperature > activation time > carbonization time > flow rate of water vapor. For the AC made under the optimized conditions, its iodine value and specific surface area are 977.9 mg/g and 911.1 m2/g respectively.
