旧报纸生物脱墨生产应用研究

Pilot Trial of ONP Enzymatic Deinking

进行了旧报纸生物法脱墨浆生产涂布白纸板衬浆的工厂试验。工厂试验结果表明 ,旧报纸碎浆浓度控制在 1 2 %～ 1 4 % ,温度 55～ 58℃ ,酶液用量 0 1 5 % ,油墨捕获浮选剂用量 0 0 2 % ,不使用H2 O2 等化学品 ,所生产的脱墨浆成本仅为化学法脱墨的 60 %左右 ,且生物脱墨浆的白度、尘埃度、物理强度与化学法脱墨浆接近 ,可满足A级涂布白纸板衬浆的使用要求。

On the basis of our bench scale experiments on ONP deinking using enzyme containing xylanase and acid cellulase,a pilot trial of enzymatic deinking of ONP for manufacturing coated whiteboard was carried out in Jiangmen Xinhua Paper Mill, Guangdong Province.This paper reported the result from this pilot trial. The tech-economic feasibility of enzymatic deinking was discussed.
