摘要
结合工厂实际 ,总结了在脱墨浆生产过程中影响H2 O2 漂白效率的因素 ,并提出了提高H2 O2 漂白效率的具体措施。研究认为 ,漂白脱墨浆时如何用好H2 O2 ,不仅仅是漂白段工艺参数的问题 ,更是个系统问题 ,需要不断摸索 ,在生产中尽量稳定工艺操作条件 ,通过完善各项条件 ,才能使H2 O2 发挥最大效益。
The factors affecting H 2O 2 bleaching efficiency in deinked pulp production are analyzed in detail combining with the mill experience; the actual measures for improving the efficiency are suggested. Both research results and commercial running experience indicate that it is a systematism issue to improve the bleaching efficiency and use H 2O 2 effectively, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the production line.
