摘要
报道了不同浓度甘露醇对猕猴桃试管苗生长与保存的影响.在室温(10—30℃)条件下甘露醇能抑制狲猴桃试管苗的生长;含有0.5%的MS培养基可以有效地减少试管苗继代培养的次数,延长保存时间。
Experiments with mannitol at different concentrations showed that mannitol could inhibit the growth of tissue-cultured kiwi fruit plantlets at room temperature (10-30℃ ). The plantlets cultured in the MS medium containing mannitol at 0. 5% would effectively decrease subculture frequency and pre long the preservation time.
