146株念珠菌的分布及药敏结果分析 被引量:39

摘要 目的 对临床送检标本分离出的念珠菌 ,进行细菌分布及药敏结果分析 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 按常规方法转种培养 ,经涂片染色 ,发现孢子或菌丝者转种法国科玛嘉显色培养基进行分纯 ,用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK 32细菌仪专用YBC卡鉴定 ,用ATBFungus进行耐药监测 ,其中氟康唑用纸片扩散法进行监测。结果 分离出念珠菌 14 6株 ,以白色念珠菌最为多见 ,其次是光滑念珠菌 ;药敏结果敏感率由高到低为 :两性霉素B 87 7%、氟康唑 87 7%、5 氟胞嘧啶 84 3%、制菌霉素 72 6 %、益康唑 17 8%、咪康唑 15 0 %、酮康唑 14 4 %。结论 念珠菌感染中以白色念珠菌最为多见 ,药敏结果显示氟康唑、氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感性高 ;对送检标本及时进行真菌培养和药敏试验 ,合理使用抗生素和抗真菌药 。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility test results of isolated Candida spp. from clinical samples from Aug 2002 to Apr 2003 in the hospital, and provide useful information for the clinical treatment. METHODS Isolates were identified by classical methods and the antifungal susceptibility profile(not including fluconazole) was determined by the ATB Fungus assay method, and fluconazole was determined by K B assay methods. RESULTS Of the 146 isolates, Candida albicans was the most frequent species: followed by C.glabrata. The drugs′ susceptibility rate were fluconazole(87 7%), amphotericin B (87 7%), flucytosine(84 3%), nystatin(72 6%),econazole(17 8%), miconazole (15 0%), and ketoconazole(14 4%), respectively. CONCLUSIONS The C.albicans infections are most common among Candida infections. Susceptibility results show that Candida infections are highly susceptible to fluconazole, flucytosine and amphotericin B; therefore, clinical physicians should initially carry out bacterial culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test so as to select appropriate antimicrobial or antifungal agents and minimize emergence of multi resistance and systemic fungal infections.
