苯那普利联合维生素E对糖尿病肾病的防治作用(英文)

Preventive and remedial effects of Benapril combined with vitamin E on diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨肾素-血管紧张转换酶抑制剂苯那普利联合维生素E对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用.方法将糖尿病肾病患者随机分成苯那普利+维生素E治疗组32例,苯那普利5～10 mg/d+维生素E600 ng/d治疗60d,并设对照组28例,治疗前后测定24h尿蛋白、肾小球滤过率、血糖及血脂.结果治疗组肾小球高滤过状态得以改善(P＜0.001),尿蛋白排泄量明显减少(P＜0.001),而对照组肾功能指标无明显变化(P＞0.05),两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂在治疗前后无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论苯那普利联合维生素E对糖尿病肾病有保护及治疗作用.

Objective:To investigate the preventive and remedial effects of Benapril combined with vita-min E on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:All the patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)were randomly di-vided into two groups:treatment group with32cases treated by Benapril5~10mg/d combined with vitamin E600mg/d for60d and control group with28cases.24hour urinary protein(UP),GFR,FPG and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment.Results:GFR of treatment group was improved(P<0.001),UP was significantly decreased(P<0.001).The renal function index of control group was of no significant change(P>0.05).However,there were no differences in FPG,Hb,HbAlc and blood lipid before and after treatment in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Benapril combined with vitamin E has favorable preventive and remedial effects on diabetic nephropathy.
