摘要 目的探讨肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测20例癌旁正常肺组织、74例肺癌组织中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达.结果肺癌组织MMP-2表达显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(p＜0.01).肺癌MMP-2表达有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P＜0.01),Ⅲ～Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P＜0.05).肺癌TIMP-2表达有淋巴结转移者低于无淋巴结转移者(P＜0.05).结论MMP-2和TIMP-2表达与肺癌侵袭转移密切相关. Objective:To investigate the expression of MMP-2and TIMP-2in lung carcinoma tissue and their sig-nificances.Methods:The expression of MMP-2and TIMP-2was detected in74lung carcinoma tissues and20para-cancerous normal lung tissues by immunhistochemical method.Results:The expression of MMP-2in lung car-cinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P<0.01).The expression of MMP-2was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01),was significantly higher in stage-Ⅲand stage-Ⅳtumours than in stage-Ⅰand stage-Ⅱtumous(P<0.05).The expression of TIMP-2was significantly lower in lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of MMP-2and TIMP-2is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.
