左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星注射液治疗呼吸道感染的对比研究

Comparison of levofloxacin and ofloxacin in treatment of respiratory tract infection

目的对比静滴左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染的疗效及不良反应。方法77例该院呼吸科住院治疗的呼吸道感染的患者随机分成A组40例,B组37例,A组用左氧氟沙星注射液0.20g静滴,每日2次,B组用氧氟沙星注射液0.20g静滴,每日2次。7～14d为一个疗程,观察临床痊愈率、有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率,并对结果进行统计分析。结果A组治疗痊愈率85.00%,优于B组(54.05%),统计学有显著性差异(P<0.01)。A组不良反应发生率为7.50%,B组不良反应发生率为27.02%,A组低于B组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染疗效优于氧氟沙星,且不良反应少。

Objective:To compare the efficacy and adverse reaction of levofloxacin(LV)Injection and ofloxacin(OF)Injection by intravenous drip in treating respiratory tract infection.Methods:77in-patients with respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into group A(LV group,n=40)and group B(OF group n=37),LV and OF in intravenous dosage of200mg were given respectively.Twice daily for7~14days.Results:The curative rate of respi-ratory tract infections in LV group was higher than that in OF group with significant differences.The rate of the ad-verse reactions in LV group was lower than that in OF group with significant difference.Conclusion:The efficacy of levofloxacin is higher than that of ofloxicin in treatment of respiratory tract infections and levofloxacin shows less ad-verse reactions.
