手术治疗原发性纵隔肿瘤

Clinical study of primary mediastinal tumor(reports of 504 cases)

目的探讨原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断及外科治疗的经验和体会.方法回顾分析该院1960年6月～2002年11月收治并经病理证实的504例原发性纵隔肿瘤.结果胸腺瘤238例,畸胎瘤95例,神经源性肿瘤85例,胸骨后甲状腺肿25例,其他肿瘤61例,纵隔肿瘤完全切除459例,开胸探查肿瘤活检45例,术后死亡12例.结论原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断主要依靠CT检查,治疗应以手术为主.

Objective:To Evaluate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment in primary mediastinal tu-mors(PMT).Methods:From June1960to November2002,504cases of pathologically confirmed PMT were treat-ed at our hospital.They were analyzed.Result:Among504cases,there were238thymomas,95teratoblastomas,85neurofibromas and86others.Exploratory sugery was performed in504cases,among them radical excision in459(91.1%),exploratory thoractotomy in45(8.9%).Conclusion:CT scan has great valule in the diagnosis and differen-tial diagnosis of PMT.The main treatment of PMT is surgical.
