超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗挫伤性白内障的临床观察

Clinical study on contused cataract by phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨超声乳化吸除术治疗挫伤性白内障的疗效。方法对42例(42只眼)挫伤性白内障患者行超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术。结果42只眼视力均有不同程度提高。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术,治疗不同类型的挫伤性白内障,手术切口小,组织损伤轻,负压吸引可最大限度清除晶状体上皮细胞,手术疗效显著,尤其对伴有玻璃体脱出、悬韧带断裂的挫伤性白内障的治疗显示明显的优越性。

Objective:To investigate the efficiency of phacoemulsification in the treatment of contused cataract.Method:Phacoemulsifocation combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantion was performed on42eyes of42patients.Result:The visual acuity in42eyes was improved to different degrees.Conclusion:Pha-coemulsification with intraoculor lens implantion is effective in contused cataract surgery.This surgry with minimal complication can impove most patients' visual acuity,and treat contused cataract with vitrous prolapse and sublnx-ation of lens particularly.
