摘要
研究了解P-Cu-Ti铸铁的组织与性能,结果表明:通过合理调整化学成分,采用适当的铁水处理及热处理工艺,能显著提高铸铁的冲击韧性及硬度,可望使其成为一种优秀的新型抗磨材料。
The structure and properties of P-Cu-Ti cast iron were studied. The experimental results indicated that the impact toughness and hardness could be apparently increased through adjusting the composition melt-treat processing and heat tretment. It is hopeful to become an excellent new wearresistant material.
