On Reasons and Countermeasures of Cultural Contagion in Tourism——A Case Study on Ethnic Tourism

发展旅游业有利也有弊 ,民族旅游对民族文化的“污染”即是其弊端之一。民族旅游中“文化污染”的具体表现多种多样。造成民族旅游“文化污染”的原因主要有 :发展民族旅游的必然结果 ;民族旅游开发中的“急功近利”行为 ;旅游者的素质原因。具体可以采取的对策是 :做好民族旅游开发规划 ;提高少数民族旅游地区居民的文化保护意识 ;

There are disadvantages between any tourism——developing mode and its culture, which can be shown in the relationship of ethnic tourism and ethnic culture. Various performances exist in cultural contagion. The main reasons are as the following: they are the inevitable outcome of developing ethnic tourism; they come from exploiters' conduct of seeking short-term successes and quick profits; they are caused by tourists' lower quality. The countermeasures are: working out the development planning of ethnic tourism carefully; enhancing the awareness of cultural protection among the local residents; assuring the local residents to gain profits directly through the development of ethnic tourism.
