The establishment of the qualification for the civil servant exam is the precandition for the system to show the principle of equity, publicity and the best choice. How to set up the qualification for the civil servant exam is related to realization of the fair and the efficiency of the administration organ. This thesis analyses the current qualification for the civil servant exam, points out the problems and brings formard some sohutions.
