摘要 芥酸等是重要的VLCFA ,主要存在于少数植物的种子油中。植物中芥酸等VLCFA生物合成是由脂肪酸延长酶催化的 ,在一些植物中 ,该酶系统的有关基因已被克隆研究。人们还从草地泡沫等植物中获得特异性催化芥酸进入Sn - 2位的酶的目的基因。 Erucic acid is an important VLCFA, which exists mainly in a few kinds of plants seeds. The biosynthesis of erucic acid and other VLCFA in plants is catalyzed by FAE system, some genes of which have been cloned. Moreover, genes of the enzyme which catalyze specially erucic acid to enter Sn-2 sites have been isolated from some plants. It is promising for using gene engineering to manipulate VLCFA metabolism.
