再论教师的角色定位及自身素质的提高

摘要 在新时期的课堂教学中 ,教师的职业素质赋予了教师角色新的含义 ,教师已由过去单纯的知识传授者变为了多重角色的集合体。教师在明确了自身的角色定位及教师专业发展的基本阶段后 ,广大教师要靠职后教育和自我学习来不断提高自身素质。 In classroom teaching of new century, a teacher's professional diathesis endows new meanings of the teacher's role. The teacher who was simple imparter of knowledge has already changed a gathering body of many kinds of roles. After they definitude role orientation themselves and basic phases of teacher's professional development, great teachers must improve continuously diathesis themselves by education of behind job and self-leaning.
