摘要
“十六大”以来 ,各地区、各行业掀起了“诚信建设”的热潮 ,在整个社会诚信体系的构建中个人是基础 ,企业是重点 ,政府是关键。文章对政府诚信的涵义与特点、现阶段政府诚信缺失的表现 ,以及加强政府诚信建设的应对措施予以了探讨 ,旨在推动我国政府的诚信建设。
After the “16th Conference', the “construction of credit' is popular in all areas and trades. The writer's opinion is that in the whole system of social credit individual is the foundation, enterprise is the stress and government is the key. The paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of governmental credits with the exhibition of the lack of credit, along with the solution to building the government credit.
