摘要
高校课堂中的师生合作应体现以人为本。重新审视和定位师生角色及课堂交往中的人际关系 ,培养有效、自觉、互动的课堂合作行为 ,有利于师生相互了解、交往与合作 ,促使师生间形成共同的认知趋向和情意活动 ,以保证教学目标和教学任务的顺利完成 ,拓展师生表达思想情感和个性发展的生存空间 ,凸现教育的人文价值。
The cooperative behavior in college class managing embodies man-centered idea. To review and orient teacher and student's role and their relation in class communication is helpful to cultivate efficient, automatic and reactive cooperative behavior in class, which is also good for teacher and student to understand, communicate and cooperate. So teacher and student can develop common cognition trend and emotional activity to promise the successful teaching goal, which is weight on humanistic values.
