小型轮式拖拉机配套深耕犁设计中的几个问题

摘要 本文提出更符合一般土壤犁耕土垡翻转情况的“松散刚体土垡”翻转模式,从而得出土垡宽深比b/a<1.27的合理性与可靠性。通过试验又进一步证明当b/a=0.8左右时,犁耕比阻最小。从理论和实践两方面解决小型轮式拖拉机窄幅深耕配套犁参数设计的几个问题。 Based on the imaged slice turning process (i. e the furrow slice was treated as a unde formable and uncrushable rigid body), a rolling model of rigid loose furrow slice that represent the turning of common soil slice more precisely was raised. Furthermore, a rational and feasible value range of the ratio of the slice's width to depth, i. e. b/a<1.27, was abtained. Moreover, experiments demonstrated that when the ratio equals about 0.8, the soil resistance is the minimum. By this means, the problems in the designing of deep narrow plow matched with small powered wheeled tractor and the using of traction force fully were solved theoretically and practically.
