磁共振血管造影、经颅多普勒超声及脑干听觉诱发电位对眩晕的评估价值比较 被引量:5

Comparison of evaluation values of magnetic resonance angiography,transcranial Doppler and brainstem auditory evoked potential in the diagnosis of vertigo

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振血管造影(MRA)在眩晕病患者病因诊断中的应用价值,并与经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)进行比较分析。方法:对100例(眩晕组)2002-08/2003-02南阳市中心医院神经内科收治的眩晕患者(排除颅内肿瘤)及50例(对照组)正常人分别进行MRA,TCD,BAEP检查,并对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:100例眩晕患者中MRA异常率为87%,TCD的异常率为75%,BAEP的异常率为52%,MRA异常率与TCD,BAEP异常率与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。眩晕组MRA异常率与TCD,BAEP异常率相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:提示MRA在眩晕病因诊断上特异性较高,是眩晕最常见病因椎基底动脉系统血管狭窄重要筛选工具,对诊断、治疗及判断预后有重要价值。 AIM:To probe into the value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in aetiological diagnosis of vertigo,and compare its value with that of transcranial Doppler(TCD) and brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP). METHODS:From August 2002 to February 2003,100 vertigo patients(exclusion of craniocerebral tumor) selected from the Department of Neurology,Nanyang Central Hospital(vertigo group) and 50 healthy people(control group) were respectively examined by MRA,TCD and BAEP.Statistical analysis was conducted for the final results. RESULTS:The abnormality rates of MRA,TCS and BAEP were 87%,75%and 52%respectively in vertigo group.There were significant differences in the abnormality rates of MRA,TCD and BAEP between the vertigo group and control group(P< 0.01).There were also significant differences among the abnormality rates of MRA,TCD and BAEP in the vertigo group(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:MRA has better specificity in the aetiological diagnosis of vertigo.It is an important tool in classifying aetiological agent for vertigo and has important value in the prognostic judgment of vertigo.
