摘要
本文从滑动导轨面所处摩擦状态出发,建立了机械进给系统两自由度动力学模型;分析了影响进给系统稳定性的主要因素;提出了用于机械进给系统运动特性的数字仿真算法,并利用自制的试验装置对进给系统进行了动态响应试验.
In this paper,a two-degree dynamic model for machinery sliding feed systems is estab lished according to the frictional Conditionbetween ot shiding ways.And main factors to affect sta biliW of feed systems are analysed.A digital simulation algorithm for feed systems is developed and Validated by dynamic response test on a test.
