摘要
开发并应用了椭圆齿轮驱动结晶器非正弦振动装置。在分析非正弦振动产生原理的基础上,给出了振动的位移、速度和加速度函数,并提出了实现机构——椭圆齿轮驱动机构。采用了弹簧缓冲的结晶器谐振技术,提高了振动平稳性,减少了振动冲击和驱动电动机功率。对振动的工艺参数和动力学特性进行了分析。工业应用表明此技术对减少拉漏、减轻振痕、提高铸坯表面质量及提高拉坯速度等方面效果显著。
Non-sinusoidal oscillation device of mold is explored and applied. The thoery of no-sinusiondal oscillation is analyzed. The functions of displacement, velocity and acceleration are presented, and the ellipse gears machine is presented too. The spring co-operation is adapted, and makes the machine work with no-impulsion and reduces the power of the motor. The technology parameters and dynamics performance are analyzed. The application in factory shows that this technique has notable effect in reducing the steel leaking, and oscillation trace on the surface of slabs, in making the surface quality of the slabs better, and in improving the pulling velocity of slab.
