摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对空调器室内机气动噪声进行了计算,分析了室内贯流风机蜗舌处的压力脉动,并通过Curle方程和快速傅里叶变换得到了蜗舌处旋转噪声频谱。通过对旋转噪声频谱的分析,证明了采用不等距叶轮可大大降低贯流风机基频处噪声,使基频的声能分布到较宽的频带范围内,并且可以使基频的峰值移到低频部分,从而使风机的噪声干扰能力大大降低。同时通过对各种不等距叶轮的旋转噪声频谱进行分析,提出了一种能够有效降低贯流风机旋转噪声的不等距叶轮结构。
The noise field of air-conditioner is simulated, and the pressure fluctuation of the stabilizer is analyzed. The sound pressure level spectra of the rotary noise is predicted using Curie's equation and FFT. It can be verified that the sound power will spread from the fundamental frequency to other frequencies, the peak value of sound power can be moved from the fundamental frequency to lower frequency and then the noise can be controlled effectively. A new non-isometric impeller is gotten by analyzing the sound pressure level spectra of non-isometric impellers, and the new non-isometric impeller can reduce the rotary noise of the cross-flow fan of air-conditioner effectively.
