摘要
采用有限元数值分析和最优化设计理论相结合的方法 ,以挤出流动的均匀性为评价指标 ,把基于参数化建模和有限元分析结果的优化设计方法作为分析工具 ,深入系统地分析了模具结构对塑料异型材挤出流动均匀性的影响规律 ,研究了型材截面形状、模具结构和挤出流动均匀性三者之间的内在联系和相互制约关系 ,为模具优化设计和生产实践提供指导。
The laws that describe the extrusion flow uniformity for plastic products is affected by die structures were analyzed in detail by adopting finite element numerical analysis and optimal design theory. Where the extrusion flow uniformity was taken as an evaluation index, and the optimal design method based on parameterized modeling and finite element analysis results was taken as the analysis tool. The interactive relations among product section shape, die structure and extrusion flow uniformity were studied. It offers an instruction for die optimal design and production.
