The paper analyzed the common psychological problems of job - hunting and profession - selecting faced by students in higher vocational schools and the causes to give rise to the problems. Some countermeasures were given about how to eliminate those psychological problems. It aimed at offering a guide and helping graduates from higher vocational schools go well for their profession - selecting.
