提出了一种利用单片机对零序电流和零序电压进行相位比较,改进一般智能漏电保护装置的新方 法。该方法可以加快漏电信号的检测速度,减少中间处理环节,提高保护系统的可靠性和灵敏度。

In this paper, a new means about the phase comparison of zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current is proposed. The means can accelerate the examination speed of leakage signal, decrease middle disposal taches,and improve reliability and sensitivation.
