摘要
本文针对直喷式柴油机的燃烧过程和NO_x、CO的排放浓度,通过试验对比,结合缸内燃烧放热过程的计算,分析讨论了直喷式柴油机燃油系统若干参数(柱塞直径D_p、油嘴启喷压力P_(in)、油嘴喷孔直径D_n、喷孔的空间分布角度α和β等)对直喷式柴油机燃烧过程的影响;进而分析讨论了它们对NO_x、CO排放浓度的影响。为合理地组织直喷式柴油机的燃烧过程、降低NO_x、CO的排放浓度提供了参考依据。
This paper is aimed at combustion and emission of D. I. diesel engine. The effects of some parameters of D. I. diescl engine fuel system on D. I. diesel engine combustion and emission are analysed and discussed (such as plunger diameter D,. nozzle bore diameter D., nozzle opening pressure P., space distribution angle of nozzle bores and so) by calculation of the combustion process and comparision of the experimcntal measurements, thus the reference basis is provided for reasonably organizing the combustion process and reducing the emissions of NO_x and CO of D. I. diesel engine.
