高职英语教师的教学效能感,尤其是个人教学效能感是英语教学质量能否提高的重要预测变量。教学效能感的形成受学校风气、教龄、教师得到的评价等因素的影响。良好的教学效能感不是先天形成的,而是需要英语教师在工作中通过不断努力得以提高的。

School atmosphere, years of teaching and the remark made to a teacher etc are found to have a significant influence on individual teaching efficacy. Higher teaching efficacy is not developed in a day. English teachers should try hard to improve their teaching efficacy.
