摘要
高职英语教师的教学效能感,尤其是个人教学效能感是英语教学质量能否提高的重要预测变量。教学效能感的形成受学校风气、教龄、教师得到的评价等因素的影响。良好的教学效能感不是先天形成的,而是需要英语教师在工作中通过不断努力得以提高的。
English teacher's teaching efficacy, especially his or her individual teaching efficacy, is the most important factor (also an expected factor) that can influence the English teaching of Higher Vocational Education. School atmosphere, years of teaching and the remark made to a teacher etc are found to have a significant influence on individual teaching efficacy. Higher teaching efficacy is not developed in a day. English teachers should try hard to improve their teaching efficacy.
