北京市汽车工业与城市环境关系的实证研究

Empirical Analysis of Relationship between Auto Industry and Environment of Beijing City

本文首先提出了汽车工业发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,主要分为汽车工业与城市生态环境、人文环境之间的矛盾,并以北京为例进行了实证分析,通过方程的拟和得出基本结论。通过对结论的分析,提出了针对解决我国汽车工业发展与城市环境保护之间矛盾的措施和政策建议。这些建议着重从汽车工业发展战略制定、汽车工业绿色循环体系建设、先进技术的研发与采用以及政府的制度安排等方面提出相关措施。

At first the paper puts forward the contradictions between the development of auto industry and environment protection, which includes the contradictions both between auto industry development and city ecological environment, as well as between auto industry development and cultural environment. By taking the example of Beijing and basing on demonstration analysis, we can draw the basic conclusions through equation fit. Based on the conclusions, this paper gives out the suggestion to overcome the contradictions between the development of auto industry and environment protection. The suggestion mainly embodies the stratagem of auto industry development, construction of production green circulate system, R&D of hi-tech and institute arrangement of government.
