摘要
现代社会的领导测评已经成为核心人力资源开发的重要方式和手段,以往的绝对进步效度是通过现期指标与基期指标的比值来测算,本文结合数据包络分析(DEA)方法,通过二次相对评价值与个体相对差异指数来测算相对进步效度,将有利于领导者自我评价和自我发展,真实地反映领导者行为素质在群体中的有效进步情况。
In modern society the measurement and evaluation of leader has been an important way to exploit the core human resource. In the past the absolute progress effectiveness can be evaluated by the ratio of the present index to the early index. In this paper the relative progress effectiveness can be measured through two-time relative evaluations and individual relative divergence index by the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, which will really reflect the effective progress of the action quality in leader teams. So the results will be beneficial to leader self-evaluation and self-development.
