论创新教育的意义与实施

Hold on education administration creativeness , promote the school's development with democratic management

创新教育是适应知识经济时代特征的,是知识经济时代学校教育的主题,进行教育创新的根本目的就是更好地实施素质教育,只有搞好创新教育,教育创新才具有时代的先进性。笔者提出必须建立优胜劣汰的竞争创新体制,鼓励教育创新,探索创新型人才的素质教育培育模式,因此,在学校教学、管理、服务过程中,努力搭建民主平台,实施民主管理,带动教育创新,促进学校发展。

Creativity is the characteristic of knowledge economy time and the main topic of school education . Simultaneously, implementing creativity education which symbolizes the time's initiativeness aims mainly to fulfil the quality education . The author protests to set up optimization system , encourage creativeness and search for a new quality education model. So, we should construct a democratic platform, carry out democratic management , push on creativity education and promote the school's development in the process of teaching , administratation and service.
