摘要
"银行三法"的出台与实施,是金融业发展历史上的一件大事,是金融法制建设的又一座里程碑,它意味着我国银行业法律体系的三部基本大法相互联系、相互补充的法律架构初步形成。本文通过解读"银行三法",系统分析了"银行三法"出台的实际意义,提出了银行业贯彻落实"银行三法"的具体作法,希望能够对现实工作有所指导。
The new born and implementation of three laws For The Bank Industry is the greatest event, in the financial history and also a milestone for the financial legal construction,It means that the lawful shape is basically formed where in our financial legal system three basical laws are connected and supplied one another. This paper analyses the actual meaning of the carrying out three laws For the Bank Industry and point out the way to put the TLF TBI into practice in the bank industry. Hope it can guide our work .
