The Discussion of Law-breaking Action in Administration

认真剖析目前我国行政违法之现状,有利于我们从整体战略上把握行政违法,透过表面现象,挖掘行政违法的社会、历史、心理根源等;从而找到预防和矫治行政违法的良方,并相应地采取有效措施尽可能地规范、监督行政行为,减少行政违法行为的发生并使之合法合理,利国利民。

This paper analyses the present situation in which the chinese government break the law. It keeps us from breaking the law wholey and strategically and finds the social, historical and psychological law-breaking roots in administration and the good methods to prevent and recorrect it. And take an effective measures to standardize and supervise the action of government in the different levels as well as to reduce the prduct of the government law-breaking action and makes it lawful and benefits the state and the people.
