A Novel Anodic Electrophoresis Process for NdFeB Permanent Magnets

摘要 探索了一种NdFeB永磁体阳极电泳涂装防腐新工艺 ,所获涂层表面均匀 ,与基体结合强度高 ,防护效果好。工艺简便、稳定 ,生产效率高 ,节约能源 ,易于推广应用。 A set of operating parameters of an anodic electrophoresis process for protecting NdFeB permanent magnets are proposed based on the practical experience. Protective properties of the coatings are examined using varieties of testing methods. The results show that the coatings are uniform, coherent, and corrosion resistant. This anodic electrophoresis process is a useful anti-corrosion method for large-scale production due to its features of good stability, energy-saving, and high productivity.
