浅谈国储库建设项目的环境管理

An Elementary Introduction to Environment Protection Management in the Construction Project of State-owned Reserves

对国储库建设项目环境管理的含义、目的、建设项目的立项、可行性研究、设计、施工、竣工验收等各阶段贯彻执行环境影响报告书(表)和“三同时”制度的具体做法、工作内容;各有关部门在建设项目环境管理中的职责进行阐述。同时针对国储库建设项目建设过程的实际,介绍了一些粮库环保建设与管理的具体措施。不仅要顺利通过环保验收,还要经得起长期考验,为粮库创造一个良好的工作环境与人文环境。

The paper described some concepts, principles and measures of environment management during the construction project of state-owned grain reserves including environment protection object, project establishment, project feasibility study, designation, execution of works, finished construction check and acceptance and so on. Some contents on how to carry out environment effecting report or table and the system of “three simultaneous' were also discussed in this paper.
