摘要
血浆中凝血酶是近年开发的一种新型止血剂。对其分离纯化的等电点沉淀法、柠檬酸钡吸附法和氢氧化镁吸附法做了综述。
Thrombin in blood is a new haemostatic which is exploited in recent years.Adsorption method with barium citrate,adsorption method with Mg(OH)2 and precipitating at isoelectricpoint are used to purify thrombin are all summarized in this paper.
