The article compared the determination methods of Aerobic bacteria count on SN0168-92,GB4789.2-94,ΓOCT29184-91;compared the determination methods of colifom count on SN0169-92,GB4789.3-94,ΓOCT50474-93,found out the difference of three kinds of determination methods, advanced the unconvenient that is due to the difference of standard for the work of inspection & quarantine, elaborated the important effect of inspection and quarantine trade standard international standardization.
