摘要
主要进行了如下两个方面的研究 :①列出了五叶调距桨的可能组合形式 ,给出了偏心距计算公式 ,据此可以得出具有最小偏心距的桨叶组合 ;②对现有规范中的整桨静平衡方法进行了拓展 ,给出了通过静平衡试验数据计算工艺装置的摩擦力矩和整桨偏心距的方法 ,弥补了原有方法的不足。
The paper focuses on two works as the following: ① It lists all possi ble combinations of blades and the formulas to calculate the unbalance of the as sembled propellers, with which the combination of the minimum unbalance can be a chieved.② It enhances the static balancing methods for the whole propeller i n the present rules, giving the formulas to calculate the friction moment of the shaft of static balancing fixture and the unbalance of the whole propeller. The paper is valuable to the design and manufacture of the propeller.
