弹链的间隙动力学特性研究

研究了含有间隙的弹链动力学问题 ,建立了含有分段线性刚度的多刚体动力学模型。对 2节链节的振动及其运动进行分析。结果表明 ,两自由度链节运动中 ,自由振动模态固有频率低于 188Hz时 ,对系统的刚性模态运动影响较大。所以 ,在弹链的设计中 ,应保证有足够的刚度 ;在不计阻尼时 ,间隙不产生极限环 ;在计入粘性阻尼时 ,弹链运动呈阻尼衰减运动 ,但由于弹链不断受初始条件即拨弹板的扰动 ,过渡过程仍对弹链的刚性运动起重要作用。

Dynamics problems of cartridge link with clearance are investigated,t he dynamics models of multi-rigid body with sectional linear rigidity are built .We analyse the two knots cartridge link's vibration and motion.It shows that in the motion of cartridge link with two degree of freedom,when the natural fre quency of free vibration is below 188Hz,the rigid motion of cartridge link is i nfluenced.So in the cartridge link's design,the rigidity must be enough.Witho ut considering the damping,there is no limit circle in the clearance.When cons ider the damping,the motion of cartridge link is declinded by the damping.Beca use cartridge link is blasted by start condition,the middle process has signifi cant function to rigid motion of cartridge link.
