摘要
采用X 射线衍射、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等现代仪器 ,对汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料所选用的改性酚醛树脂、碳纤维、铁粉、铜粉、石墨、硫酸钡、硬脂酸锌等原料的组成进行了表征及分析。结果表明 ,改性酚醛树脂的红外光谱显示其结构中存在腰果壳油、三聚氰胺的成分。从X射线光电子能谱可知 ,碳纤维表面有C ,O ,N ,Si等元素 ,所选用的增强纤维是PAN基碳纤维 ,在碳骨架的表面含有C =O及C -O -C极性基团 ,另有少量SiO2 ;X 射线衍射显示 ,膨胀铁粉原料中主要含有Fe3 O4,还有FeO和Fe2 O3 ,铜粉原料中主要含有Cu和Zn ,另有少量Pb ,石墨原料纯度较高 ,硬脂酸锌和BaSO4原料的纯度较低。为进一步提高汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料的性能 ,须对原材料进行进一步的筛选。
With modern instruments including X-ray diffraction, IR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), raw materials including modified phenolic resin, carbon fiber, Fe powder, Cu powder, graphite, BaSO_4 and zinc stearate of auto synchronizing ring friction material have been characterized and analyzed. The result shows that there are cashew nut oil and melamine in modified phenolic resin by FTIR. XPS shows C, O, N, Si on the surface of carbon fiber, indicating the selected fiber is PAN-based carbon fiber and C=O, C-O-C and a little SiO_2 are on the surface of carbon skeleton. X-ray diffraction shows the raw material of expanded Fe powder contains mainly Fe_3O_4, FeO and Fe_2O_3, Cu powder contains mainly Cu, Zn and a little Pb and graphite is in high purity and zinc stearate and BaSO_4 in low purity. To further improve the characteristics of auto synchronizing ring friction material, the study of the raw material must be carried on.
