聚偏氟乙烯与导电填料复合材料的电性能研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON ELECTRICAL BEHAVIOR OF POLYVINYLIDENE FLUORIDE COMPOSITES WITH CONDUCTIVE FILLERS

摘要 采用聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)热塑性树脂与导电性填料Ti3 SiC2 或TiB2 或石墨复合 ,通过高温模压的方法制备了导电复合材料 ,测量了导电性能 ,并借助扫描电镜表征了复合材料的微观结构 ,分析了影响导电复合材料导电性的因素。结果表明 ,PVDF/Ti3 SiC2 复合材料有望用于制备质子交换膜燃料电池的双极板。 PVDF/graphite、PVDF/ TiB_2、PVDF/ Ti_3SiC_2 conductive composites were prepared by hot press moulding and electrical conductivity were also measured.The effect of different conductive fillers on composite electrical conductivity was investigated by composite morphology of scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that PVDF/ Ti_3SiC_2 conductive composite is a candidate of bipolar in proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).
