摘要
随着我国经济的迅猛发展,各企业和单位遇到越来越多的国际商务谈判,在任何一个商务谈判中, 最重要的工作就是计划和准备工作。准备工作需要明确谈判内容、拟订最佳备选方案、了解双方的处境和拟订谈 判策略。
As the rapid development of China's economy, enterprises are encountering more and more international business negotiation. It is widely recognized that systematic planning and preparation are critical elements of successful business negotiations. Pre -negotiation planning requires defining the issue, knowing one's position, knowing the other side's position, knowing one's negotiation limits, and developing strategies and tactics.
