咽炎颗粒治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察

Clinical Study on the Phyaryngitis Granule in the Treatment of Chronic Phyaryngitis

目的 :观察咽炎颗粒抗菌抗炎的作用和临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照方法 ,将 6 0例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 (咽炎颗粒 ,PG) 4 0例 ,对照组 (玄脉甘桔颗粒 ,XM) 2 0例。结果 :临床研究的治疗组和对照组在年龄、性别、病情程度上无差别 (P <0 0 5 )。慢性咽炎治疗组总有效率 87 5 % ,总显效率6 2 5 % ,对照组总有效率 5 5 0 % ,总显效率 2 5 0 %。经统计学处理 ,慢性咽炎治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :咽炎颗粒对慢性咽炎有肯定的治疗作用。

Objective:The purprse was to determine the efficacy of the phyaryngitis granules in the treatment of chronic phyaryngitis.Methods:Sixty patients were selected and randomly divided to treatment group(phyaryngitis,PG),and control group.Results:The treatment group and control group had no significantly difference with regard to age and sex.In the treatment group of chronic cases the tolal effective rate was 87.5%,and the overall improvement rate was 62.5%.In the control group were 55.0% and 25.0%,repectively.There were significantly difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggested that phyaryngitis granule has a definite efficacy in the treatment of chronic phyaryngitis.
