稳心颗粒改善老年快速性心律失常临床症状及安全性的观察

The Effect of Wenxin Keli on Clinical Symptomes of Arrhythmia and Its Safety in Gerontal Patients

目的 :探讨稳心颗粒对老年人快速性心律失常 (合并或无心脑血管疾病的房性和室性早搏及心动过速 )相关临床症状的治疗效应和安全性。方法 :90例合并或无心脑血管疾病的老年快速性心律失常患者 ,按照治疗组与对照组 2∶1的比例随机给予稳心颗粒或心律平治疗。治疗开始前和结束后分别进行临床症状等级评定并进行三大常规、肝肾功能等指标检查 ,并做心电图检测。结果 :稳心颗粒对老年快速性心律失常患者相关临床症状的缓解率优于对照组 (稳心颗粒组症状缓解总有效率 89 8% ,心律平组症状缓解总有效率 78 5 % ,P <0 0 1) ,未观察到明显的不良反应 ,且两组副作用发生情况无明显差异。结论

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenxin Keli on symptoms of arrhythmia and its safety in elderly patients.Methods:90 patients aged 65 or older were studied.All of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Wenxin Keli,n=60)and control group(Propafenone,n=30).Symptoms related to arrhythmia of cardiovascular disease and laboratory assay for blood routine,hepatic and renal function and monitoring of 24 hours electrocardiogram(Holter)were observed respectively before and after the duration of treatment for 4 weeks.Results:Significant improvement on symptoms related to arrhythmia in gerontal patients was observed.Conclusion:Wenxin Keli treatment may provide clinical benefits with safety in elderly patients with arrhythmia.
