Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌手术联合放疗的疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Combined Operation and Radiotherapy for Endometrial Neoplasms of Stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ

目的 :探讨手术联合放射治疗 (放疗 )对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者的疗效。方法 :收集 1990年 10月～ 2 0 0 0年 11月 ,住院接受放疗的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌手术患者的临床病理资料 ,并回顾性分析其复发及转移情况。结果 :5 8例患者经术前或术后放疗 ,其总复发率及转移率为 2 0 7% (12 /5 8) ,阴道总复发率 6 9% (4/5 8) ,总 1、 3、 5年生存率分别为 96 6 %、 87 2 %、 76 9%。结论 :放疗对有高危因素的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌手术患者有较好的治疗作用。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of operation combined with radiotherapy for stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma.Methods:Clinical data of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma patients undertaking operation and radiotherapy in our hospital from Oct 1990 to Nov 2000 were collected and the occurrences of recurrence and metastasis were analyzed.Results:Fifty-eight cases undertook radiotherapy in preoperative or postoperative period,the rate of total recurrence and metastasis was 20.7%(12/58).The overall recurrent rate of vagina was 6.9%(4/58).The overall 1,3,5 year-survival-rates were 96.6%(56/58),87.2%(50/58),76.9%(45/58),respectively.Conclusions:The radiotherapy had better therapeutic,effect for stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma patients with high operative risk.
