摘要
研究了光纤传感技术在钢管混凝土拱桥安全监测中的工程应用,包括系统构建及数据采集分析算法。以巫峡长江大桥的工程检测为基础,对光纤传感的检测结果进行了深入分析,该传感监测网络实现了对拱肋钢管混凝土界面脱空的产生、发展过程的长期监测,并确定了拱顶区域脱空开度为2~3mm,脱空范围为整个监测区域。检测结果得到超声波检测和钻孔检查验证,最后就光纤传感监测技术和常规检测手段的技术性能进行了对比。
Technical application of fiber sensing for steel tube-confined concrete arch bridge, including establishment of sensing system and data gathering and so on, is investigated. Based on its first practical application in Wu Gorge Bridge on Yangtze River, detected data of fiber sensing are deeply analyzed. For the first time, both at home and abroad, fiber sensing system realized long-term monitoring and detected the occurrence and development course of disengaging at the interface of steel tube and concrete, and determined that its value is 2-3 mm and its range spreads over the whole detecting area, which have been approved by ultrasonic detection and drill hole inspection later. Additionally, technical performances of fiber sensing and conventional detecting mean, ultrasonic detection and drill hole inspection etc., are compared.
